Coordinator – Hyperscale DepartmentJob Summary We are seeking an
Operations Coordinator to support our Hyperscale Department in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is responsible for
coordinating and executing a wide range of operational and
administrative tasks, including purchase order processing, vendor
onboarding, office and facilities support, data entry, and material
procurement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly
organized, and thrives in a collaborative, operations-driven
setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and track purchase
orders and related documentation to ensure accuracy and timely
processing Coordinate and manage vendor onboarding activities,
ensuring compliance with internal requirements and timely approvals
Monitor and maintain office supplies and facilities; coordinate
repairs and maintenance as needed Perform accurate and timely data
entry and maintain organized operational records and files Assist
with ordering, tracking, and coordinating delivery of materials and
equipment for ongoing projects Provide general clerical and
administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and
document preparation Collaborate with internal departments to
support effective communication and smooth operational workflows
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal systems, tools, and
processes related to hyperscale operations Required Skills &
Qualifications Strong organizational skills with high attention to
detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a
fast-paced environment Proficiency with data entry, document
management, and general administrative processes Strong
communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications Experience in a hyperscale,
construction, or technology-driven environment Familiarity with
vendor onboarding systems or compliance requirements Basic
understanding of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain processes

Supports significant organizational growth by providing additional
operational and procurement support to expanding teams Why This

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 -
$25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
