testing partners to ensure seamless daily office functions.
Operational Support: Provide essential administrative and office
support for University Testing and Scanning Services. Exam
Administration: Actively proctor and administer exams, ensuring all
protocols and nuanced instructions from stakeholders are followed
precisely. Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to a wide
range of clients, including testing candidates, students, and
university staff. Continuous Improvement: Stay current on the
latest products, services, and testing developments while working
both independently and collaboratively under general direction. As
part of a small, dedicated team within one of the largest

Duties: Provide flexible, responsive, and high-quality customer
service. Correspond with faculty, staff and students in-person, via
email and or by phone in a professional and courteous manner within
established limits. Refer to appropriate departments as needed.
Follow process steps as outlined in standard operating procedures;
demonstrate attention to detail. Assist program leaders in
preparing materials, records, and reports; provide administrative
support utilizing special software, technical data and equipment.
Tasks include but are not limited to: preparing deposits,
submitting work orders, and monitoring general office inbox, etc.
Assist with testing services operations (review instructions and
procedures for each test to ensure adherence to test company
guidelines, rules and expectations; conduct exam preparations;
administer, proctor and assist with post-exam procedures).
Administer paper and computer-based exams in strict compliance with
university and vendor rules and regulations to maintain exam
integrity. Assist in custodial duties including disinfecting,
dusting and wiping regularly. Support weekend testing operations as
needed. Admit test takers, follow security check in and check out
procedures, verify candidates’ identification and seat them
accordingly. Actively monitor testing room for breaches of test
security by frequently and quietly circulating inside testing room;
address and report violations and irregularities. Support daily
front desk operations. Perform office opening and closing
responsibilities. Consult with program leader(s) and department
leadership as needed to troubleshoot issues; elevate issues to
appropriate person(s). Participate in trainings, meetings and
professional development, as needed to maintain program associated
certifications and remain current on job functions. Perform other
duties as assigned to ensure the continuity of department
operations. Desired Qualifications: Communication & Instruction
Public Speaking: Experience providing group instructions, reading
scripts aloud, and directing large groups. Clarity: Demonstrated
ability to calmly deliver detailed, multi-step instructions.
Interpersonal: Evidence of effective communication and customer
service skills. Operational Integrity Compliance: Demonstrated
experience adhering to strict guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Confidentiality: Ability to exercise discretion with highly
sensitive data and maintain confidentiality regarding student
records and exam materials. Attention to Detail: High level of
accuracy and meticulous attention to detail. Adaptability & Tech
Skills Agility: Highly flexible with the ability to pivot quickly,
manage changing priorities, and remain productive despite frequent
interruptions. Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook), data entry, and event management databases.
Problem Solving: Experience troubleshooting basic
computer/technical issues and a demonstrated ability to learn new
software and navigate multiple platforms quickly. Teamwork: Proven
ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Logistics &
Experience Flexibility to work Saturdays as needed. Exam proctoring
experience is a plus but not required. Demonstrated knowledge of
basic mathematics. Working Environment: Regular business hours:
Monday-Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm; Saturday: occasional; hours vary
by event. Required to work some Saturdays (varies depending on
program schedule and needs). Activities are performed in an
environmentally controlled office, classroom or conference room (on
campus or off-site) setting, subject to extended periods of
sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to
stand for varying lengths of time and travel moderate distances to
perform work. Occasional bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and
pulling up to 25 pounds. Regular activities require the ability to
quickly change priorities and tasks, which may include and/or are
subject to frequent interruptions and resolution of conflict(s).
Evidence of ability to clearly communicate to perform essential
functions. Actively monitor testing candidates for extended periods
of time. Regular use of office equipment and use of multiple
