We are looking for a Termite Specialist who takes pride in being "The Best" in the field for our clients. Note on Licensing: While an Arizona OPM (Office of Pest Management) License is highly preferred, it is not a deal-breaker. If you have the right manners, a clean driving record, and a "can-do" attitude. We hire for character; we can train for skill. What You’ll Be Doing Structural Inspections: Conducting thorough, methodical searches for "mud tubes" and wood damage. Precision Treatment: Using professional-grade equipment to create chemical barriers Expert Consulting: Walking homeowners through your findings. You aren't just "selling"—you are educating them on how to protect their home. Quality Control: Ensuring every drill site is patched perfectly and every work area is left cleaner than you found it. What We Are Looking For Polished Professionalism: You are the face of our company. You must be well-mannered, articulate, and comfortable speaking with homeowners. Integrity: You do thorough work in crawl spaces and attics where the customer can’t see—because you take pride in doing things the right way. Physical Capability: This is a "boots on the ground" role. You’ll be working outdoors, using tools, and navigating various home layouts. Licensing Ready: If not already licensed, you must have the focus and aptitude to study for and pass the Arizona state certification exams within your first [30/60/90] days. Our ideal candidate treats our customer's homes as they would their own, is comfortable with being outside during summer as needed, and has the physical stamina to do some laborious activities as needed. Arizona Termite Indicators As a technician, you'll be trained to spot these "shelter tubes" which are a primary sign of infestation in Arizona. Why Join Us?
