School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An
opportunity is available for a full-semester special education
preschool teacher position within a middle school setting located
in Tempe, AZ. This contract role requires a dedicated professional
certified in Arizona for both special education and early childhood
education. The position involves working full-time, 40 hours per
week, supporting the educational development of preschool-aged
children with special needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver
specialized instruction tailored to preschool students with diverse
learning needs Develop and implement Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as
necessary Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth Communicate
effectively with families and staff regarding student development
and needs Qualifications: Valid Arizona certification in Special
Education and Early Childhood Education Experience working with
preschool-aged children in an educational setting Strong
understanding of early childhood development and special education
strategies Ability to collaborate with school psychologists,
special education teachers, and other professionals Effective
communication and organizational skills Location: Tempe, Arizona
Setting: Middle School Duration: Full Semester Schedule: Full-time
