If you are driven, motivated, and eager to make a difference, we would love to meet you at Mathnasium of Gilbert East (NEC: Higley and Guadalupe) Position Summary Mathnasium of Gilbert East is looking for an exceptional Math Instructor to create an engaging and productive learning experience for students. All applicants are required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check. Following hiring, the new team member is required to complete training in the Mathnasium Method. This is a part-time role with flexible hours. Responsibilities Deliver individualized math instruction using the Mathnasium Method Help students build confidence and improve math skills Track progress and support student learning goals Collaborate with center staff and communicate as needed Qualifications Strong math skills (through Algebra; higher levels a plus) Patient, engaging, and dependable Tutoring or teaching experience preferred (training provided) Ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels Why Work at Mathnasium Flexible part-time hours (after-school and weekend availability) Paid training and curriculum provided Positive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact
