to: Assistant Principal for Academics Compensation: $50,000-$70,000

in your success. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging,
standards-based English Language Arts curricula for grades 9–12.
Prepare lesson plans, evaluating and monitoring student performance
and progress Foster a classroom environment that challenges
students to think critically and communicate effectively.
Collaborate with Department Chairs and grade-level teams to refine
instructional practices. Provide meaningful feedback on student
writing and literary analysis. Candidate Requirements Education:
Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field (Master’s
preferred). Certification: Valid AZ Teaching Certification in
Secondary English. Background Check : Current IVP card
Immunizations: Proof of Measles or MMR vaccine Mindset: A passion
for literature, a commitment to high academic standards, and a
desire to be part of a collaborative professional learning
community Integrity: This position does not require a practicing
Catholic however all employees must model integrity and support the
mission of the school. Willingness to participate in professional
development related to the the Catholic Faith is required.
