We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Sales Technician to join our growing team in Tucson. What You’ll Do: Diagnose, repair, and maintain all types of HVAC systems , including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air quality systems. Provide exceptional customer service , educating homeowners about their system’s performance and potential upgrades. Perform thorough system inspections to prevent future issues and ensure optimal efficiency. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, presenting repair and replacement options when necessary. Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer discussions, and equipment conditions. Follow all safety guidelines , company policies, and industry best practices. Work some on-call shifts as part of a rotating schedule. Upsell products and services to qualified customers Represent Everest Air LLC with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity at all times. What We’re Looking For: 3 years of HVAC service experience (residential and light commercial) Located in the Tucson area (or willing to commute) Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. A customer-first mindset —we pride ourselves on our stellar Google reviews and want techs who contribute to that reputation. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Spanish speaking preferred but not required. Ability to work in all conditions , including attics, crawl spaces, and extreme temperatures. EPA certification required ; NATE certification preferred .
