safer, more secure world. The Effector RF Design team is seeking an
experienced Senior Antenna and Supplier Engineer to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge
antenna technology in support of our mission to deliver innovative
defense solutions. As the Responsible Engineering Authority (REA)
for antenna products, you will oversee and participate in the
design, development, and performance tracking of antenna hardware.
You will act as the primary liaison to suppliers and coordinate
activities with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure
technical excellence and timely delivery. Your work will involve
defining, analyzing, and validating product requirements while
contributing to the advancement of our antenna design capabilities.
This position is an onsite role based in Tucson, AZ, and will
require occasional travel to supplier facilities. What You Will Do:
Coordinate the development and detailed design of antenna hardware,
requirements, and technical data packages. Collaborate with
suppliers for antenna design, manufacturing, and testing. Analyze
simulation and test data to verify antenna performance against
requirements. Work closely with interdisciplinary engineering
teams, including thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems
engineering groups. Contribute to the creation of supplier
Statement of Work (SOW) documents. Partner with Raytheon’s supply
chain team to execute antenna supplier purchase orders. Travel to
supplier facilities to conduct design and qualification reviews.
Qualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in
Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a
minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced
Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience to
include any combination of the following: Experience guiding
antenna designs through concept trades/studies, preliminary design,
final design, and supplier qualification. Experience with antenna
simulation and modeling using tools such as HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
Experience conducting antenna measurements using near or far field
measurement systems. Experience providing oversight of antenna
suppliers, including qualifications reviews. Qualifications We
Prefer: Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering Experience
designing seeker, datalink, flight termination, GPS and telemetry
antenna systems Strong experience managing and presenting technical
data to stakeholders and customers. Strong experience designing,
testing, and verifying performance of conformal antenna designs
Data processing and analysis of antenna gain data collections
Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written Ability to
manage multiple priorities and drive technical execution plans
Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment with
positive interaction Demonstrated ability to put forth and drive
technical execution plans Experience presenting to Failure Review
Board (FRB), Engineering Review Board (ERB), Change Control Board
(CCB), Manufacturing Review Board (MRB), etc. Proficiency with
Python, MATLAB and/or other scientific programming languages
Proficiency with high performance computing (HPC) environments and

role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
