Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) we integrate,
verify, and validate our products. We put our systems together,

opportunity for the Coyote Effector Systems Deputy Integration and
Test (I&T) Lead role to join our team in Tucson, AZ. This is a

technologies. What You Will Do: Perform flight test planning and
ensure all program SI&T activities are correctly scheduled,
resourced, and effectively supported to meet program and customer
milestones. Lead will be responsible for the manpower planning and
growth of the Integration & Test team as well as proposal and
planning efforts. Manage a team of SI&T engineers that will
support development efforts, launcher integration events, and
program flight tests for the Coyote Effector. Make cost and
schedule decisions to meet monthly and annual reporting
requirements. Conduct/create documentation in support of reviews
associated with formal testing, which may include Test Readiness
Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Engineering Safety Review
Boards (ESRB’s). Document and Communicate results to leadership and
stakeholders. This position may require up to 25% travel during
periods that include field test execution. Qualifications You Must
Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior
relevant experience. Experience with test planning and/or test
execution. Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
and/or Cost Account Manager (CAM). The ability to obtain and
maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

for a security clearance. Qualifications We Prefer : Experience as
Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) or team member of an Integrated
Product Team. Experience working with Customer and Industry
Partners. Ability to gain PM cert within six months of starting the
position. Experience with hardware and software integration,
preferably on military platforms. Ability to create integration and
verification strategies/procedures and reviews (CTS, TRR, & ESRBs).
Experience delivering presentations to leadership, collaborating
across functional teams and organizations (internal and external),

salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary
range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all
