Defense Systems (ASDS) organization is currently hiring a Platform
Integration Program Manager for the Stormbreaker Program to join
our Tucson, AZ location. ASDS PM roles provide an exciting and
challenging environment, offering the opportunity to lead
multi-disciplinary teams and deliver innovative solutions for our
customers. In this role, you will apply the Raytheon Program
Manager Best Practices and collaborate with engineering
disciplines, Chief Engineers, Chief Technologists, and the customer
to ensure the development and integration of high-performing
systems that meet the needs of our warfighters. As the Platform
Integration PM, you will focus on managing the multiple integration
contracts for the Stormbreaker Program with an emphasis on
Technical Document development and updates, Customer Test and
Evaluation collaboration on their platforms, and cross-functional
coordination across engineering teams, including mechanical,
electrical, systems, and test equipment disciplines. You will play
a key role in ensuring the successful integration of the
StormBreaker weapon system on various U.S. DoD and Foreign aircraft
platforms, while maintaining technical and programmatic rigor. This
is an onsite role located in Tucson, AZ. What You Will Do Drive
timely execution of Engineering scope to address integration
challenges and ensure alignment between the program and customer
priorities. Coordinate work distribution across multiple
engineering disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, systems
engineering, and test equipment teams, to ensure StormBreaker
Seeker Section production meets required throughput. Provide
briefings and technical updates to upper-level program management
and key stakeholders. Generate budgets and Estimate at Completion
(EAC), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), authorizing TDAs to
matrixed functional organizations, executing to contract
performance requirements within cost and schedule, and providing
accurate and timely reporting of deliverable items per contract
requirements. Use Earned Value Principles, tools, and policies to
direct the team and create metrics to manage integration contracts.
Act as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the Integration Platform
PMO, proactively monitoring and controlling cost and schedule to
meet program requirements. Supporting weapon integration
development and depot team and managing processes related to
ongoing and future. (capture/transition) efforts in weapon system
integration, depot, modifications, spares, test equipment and
closeout Use of PM Best Practices to meet company desired Profit
margins on managed contracts. Advocating on customer requirements
and influencing internal leadership and peers to meet customer
requirements. Developing bids & proposals of new contracts and
contract modifications on integration, engineering support
services, and sustainment agreements, and negotiations of complex
FMS and Domestic contracts. Supporting export license request and
use of EX/IM Tools Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and
ensure knowledge transfer across IPTs/CPTs. Qualifications You Must
Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant
experience. Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams
(mechanical, electrical, systems, and test equipment). Experience
leading and organizing technical teams, establishing priorities,
motivating team members to accomplish common goals, holding staff
accountable and providing timely and meaningful feedback. Control
Account Manager (CAM) experience and Earned Value Management
Systems Certification. Experience in Estimate at Completion (EAC)
forecasting and Profit and Loss responsibility. Active and
transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is
required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only
U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Qualifications
We Prefer Strong interpersonal skills with special focus on
building and strengthening customer relationships, and identifying
budget influencers within the customer’s organization. Working
knowledge of missile systems, especially tactical strike weapons
products and/or aircraft integration experience Working knowledge
of Engineering Development, Qualification, and Integration
processes. RTX equivalent PM Level 5 certification or the ability
to reach level 5 within 18 months. Experience in International,
Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and DoD contracts including detailed
knowledge of US Export/Import policies, regulations and processes.
Experience with partnering in matrixed organizations such as

role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a
good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
