We are seeking an enthusiastic sales & marketing leader to join
us as the Director of Community Relations at Silver Creek
Inn!Full-time opportunity! MON - FRI, 8AM - 5PM. Weekends as
needed.Earn $72,000 - $75,000 annually, DOE; Salaried / Exempt

shiftWho you are:You enjoy being at the fore-front of marketing and
sales. The DCR is responsible for developing and increasing
occupancy levels and high-quality census through actively
campaigning to sell the Communitys outstanding senior living
options and living standards.What you'll do:Be the community leader
responsible for providing the highest level of customer service
including building a prospect base, responding to inquiries,
generating and giving community tours, and performing purposeful
follow-upCoordinates the annual and monthly marketing action
plansMaintains census rates and inquiry historyMaintains marketing
collateralCoordinates for all move-insMaintains the mailing and
follow-up calls with customers and referralsCompletes a weekly
marketing reportMaintains Guest and ShowroomsCommunicates regularly
with department managers, community leaders, and other marketing
staffPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Sales and
marketing experienceExperience working in the senior living
industry is preferredEffective leader who loves working with
seniorsTeam-focused individual with a deep commitment to customer
serviceMust be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and
routinelyMust be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire
and as required by state regulationsAbility to communicate
effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the
