Job Description:
Specialty accepted: NP, FNP, ANP, PMHNP Start date or shifts:
ASAP – Ongoing Daily schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
with 30-minute break; 2–4 weeks per month (minimum 2 weeks
availability; options for 1 week on/1 week off or 2 weeks on/2
weeks off) Practice setting: Clinic Types of procedures: Primary
medical evaluations, patient assessments, medical record review,
interpretation of lab/pulmonary/ECG studies, ordering/administering
medications including vaccines, ordering/interpreting diagnostics,
occupational health exams, disability evaluations (in-person,
virtual, or medical record review) Number of patients: 2–6 per day
Ages: Adults Requirements: Active AZ license; nationally certified
AANP or ANCC; DEA required; CPR required; strong computer skills;
experience in chronic care and acute conditions; preferred 2–5
years of primary care experience Additional information: Mix of
primary care and behavioral health; behavioral health NP preferred
but not required; treating veterans in I.H.S. reservations; EMR
training provided (VA and I.H.S. systems); must have personal
laptop; must meet requirements for driving rental or personal
vehicle; flexibility with in-person, virtual, and medical record
