Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Chandler, AZ Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $1,911 to $2,105 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title RN (Registered Nurse) - Labor/Delivery (L&D) City/State: Chandler, Arizona Shift: Nights, 19:00 - 07:00, 12H shifts with 4 weekend shifts per schedule; first to float; must work 2 of 3 major holidays Contract Length: 12 weeks Start Date: 02/15/2026 Job Description: The RN will be responsible for providing care to laboring or preterm pregnant patients in a Labor and Delivery unit with experience in C-sections and computer charting, preferably Cerner. The unit handles average deliveries of 8-10 per day and includes 18 LDRP beds, 14 OB triage beds, and 8 Antepartum beds. Responsibilities: Circulate and recover C-sections Titrate Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate as per protocol Requirements: ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications Experience with C-sections and computer charting, preferably Cerner Pass a dysrhythmia exam with a score of 80% or higher (two attempts allowed) Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III
