Job Description Job Description Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics A rapidly growing national healthcare organization specializing in coordinated primary care for the senior population is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Key Responsibilities and Model: Providers offer comprehensive care with significantly longer patient appointments, allowing time to build strong relationships and focus on preventative health for the geriatric patient population. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am - 5 pm Location: Tucson, AZ Compensation & Benefits Highlights: Highly competitive base salary ($125k - $150k/year - flexible) with 10% annual bonus potential . Comprehensive benefits package, full malpractice coverage with tail, and generous PTO/paid holidays (including 2 floating holidays). Strong commitment to professional growth with an annual CME package. Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of Primary Care experience, with a strong background in treating the geriatric population (Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatrics). License/Certifications: Active FNP license in the state (or in process) and BLS/ACLS Certification. This is a direct-hire, permanent position with our client company.
