Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare, a leader in nursing and healthcare staffing,
is seeking a dedicated PRN (pro re nata) Rehab RN for our facility
in Scottsdale, Arizona. This position offers the flexibility to
work on an as-needed basis, providing critical care in our
rehabilitation unit. The chosen candidate will deliver high-quality
care focused on patient recovery and support. With Gifted
Healthcare, you will join a team that strives to make a significant
impact on patient recovery and outcomes by utilizing the latest
healthcare practices and compassionate care strategies. Assess
patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing
care plans, and maintain medical records. Administer nursing care
to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise
patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide
case management. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and
records. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients'
responses and conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare
team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care
plans. Strong clinical skills in a rehab setting Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to react decisively
and quickly in emergency situations Proficiency with medical
software and equipment Current RN license in the state of Arizona
BLS certification required; ACLS preferred Certified Rehabilitation
Registered Nurse (CRRN) certification is advantageous
