This position requires a compassionate professional who is prepared to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, implement patient-specific therapy interventions, and contribute to a patient’s holistic recovery. Assess patient conditions and needs to develop personalized therapeutic plans. Work in tandem with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and their families on home-based activities and exercises. Adhere to all healthcare regulations and maintain patient confidentiality. Stay updated with the latest therapies and technologies in occupational therapy. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle physical workload Advanced knowledge of therapeutic techniques and diagnosis Proficiency in using healthcare software and occupational therapy tools Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist NBCOT certification preferred
