Veterinarian to guide our thriving General Practice Urgent Care
hospital , serving small animals (seeing exotics is a plus!). This

(including dental) Two dental stations In-house & reference labs
Ultrasound and laser therapy AI radiology consults with rapid

work with you to make it happen. What We Offer: Up to $65k Sign-On
Bonus $140,000 - $190,000 annually, depending on experience Monthly

non-compete As Medical Director, you will: Provide medical
leadership and uphold high standards of care Mentor and develop
associate veterinarians Oversee compliance, protocols, and hospital
performance Partner with the Hospital Manager on financial health
and operations Foster collaboration and efficiency within the team
Connect with other Medical Directors in Arizona for peer support
You’ll report directly to the NVA Arizona Division Leaders, with
plenty of guidance and autonomy to make the role your own. What
We’re Looking For: DVM or equivalent from an AVMA-accredited
program (or ECFVG/PAVE certified) Active Arizona license (or
ability to obtain) Strong communicator and decision-maker Proven
leadership experience or a clear passion for developing it About
