Job Description A growing post-acute care practice in Green Valley, Arizona is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join a collaborative care team serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities. This is a full-time opportunity offering a productivity-based compensation model with uncapped earning potential, strong administrative support, and the ability to build a sustainable long-term practice in a highly desirable Arizona community.
