Job Description UROLOGY - TUCSON, AZ THE OPPORTUNITY Join an
established urology practice at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson with
Carondelet Medical Group. This employed position offers strong
surgical volumes with DaVinci Xi system and Aquablation equipment .
Team of 2 urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN, and dedicated MAs. COMPENSATION
Total First Year: $450,000 - $650,000 Includes: Competitive base,
wRVU production bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation Benefits: Health,
dental, vision, life insurance, malpractice with tail, retirement
plans, PTO, CME CLINICAL PRACTICE 60% outpatient clinic / 40%
operating room 24 patients daily in clinic 15-20 surgical cases
weekly DaVinci Xi system, Aquablation equipment Full-spectrum
general urology SCHEDULE & CALL Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM shared
weekend call Minimum 7 days/month ER coverage Physician-driven
