Southeastern Arizona | Inpatient & Home Health A community-focused
healthcare system in Southeastern Arizona is seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join its rehabilitation team.
This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work across
inpatient and home health settings, providing meaningful,

clinical variety and lifestyle balance. Responsibilities Conduct
speech-language pathology evaluations and develop individualized
treatment plans Provide therapy for speech, language,
cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Deliver services
in inpatient and home health settings Educate patients and
caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs Maintain
accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory
standards Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary
healthcare teams Participate in supervision or mentorship
activities if applicable Qualifications Graduate of an accredited
Speech-Language Pathology program Current Arizona Department of
Health Services SLP License CPR certification (preferred)
Supervisory experience (preferred) Strong verbal and written
communication skills Knowledge of speech-language pathology theory
and clinical practice Basic computer and EMR proficiency
Understanding of safe patient handling and body mechanics Why
