Job Description HealthTrust Workforce Solutions CHS is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Tucson, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel The MS/Telemetry Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care. Northwest Medical Center MUST HAVE TELEMETRY EXPERIENCE TO APPLY Travel: MS/Tele RN Start: ASAP - Starting within 2wks of offer acceptance preferred Duration: 13 Weeks Night Shift: 7p - 7:30a - 3/12's Work 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule $75 Bill Rate THIS IS A FLOAT POOL POSITION - SO MUST BE WILLING TO FLOAT between departments and the following four facilities: Northwest Medical Center , Oro Valley Hospital , Northwest Houghton and Northwest Sahuarita Required: AZ license, BLS, ACLS 2 Yrs of experience Ratio: 6/1 Scrub Color: Any Color EMR: Cerner Required Healthtrust Workforce Solutions CHS Job ID 6-981782.
