Pharmacist Location: Peridot, AZ Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,986 per week Shift Information: 4 days Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Title: Pharmacist Profession: Pharmacy Specialty: Pharmacy Duration: 14 weeks Shift: 4x10.0 Hours per Shift: 10.0 Experience: Minimum of five years professional experience, with two years of management experience preferred License: Current and valid state pharmacy license Certifications: BLS certification within 30 days of hire Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; PharmD preferred including one year residency Clinical pharmacy experience is preferred Ability to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings Current medication knowledge is essential Description: Pharmacists will be responsible for processing prescriptions in a timely manner. They must adhere to policies for the control of substances according to policy and law. Counseling patients efficiently and effectively is a key responsibility. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, is required. Pharmacy operations involve filling an average of approximately 1000 prescriptions daily. The pharmacy team utilizes technology, including automated systems, to enhance workflow. Interaction with the community through events and outreach efforts is encouraged. Professional growth and development opportunities are available for staff. Participation in educational programs to maintain current skills and competencies is essential. Staff will engage in continuous process improvement initiatives. Supervision and training of pharmacy interns and students is a valued responsibility. The ideal candidate will be a reliable team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and critical thinking are important traits.
