In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and functional independence. This position also involves supervising support staff, contributing to case management, and maintaining accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with medical necessity and clinical guidelines. Develop and implement personalized physical therapy treatment plans. Document patient progress and treatment outcomes clearly and in a timely manner. Participate in staff meetings, in-services, and continuing education activities. Maintain current licensure and CPR certification. Additional Duties Manage time effectively to meet productivity goals. Provide clinical in-services to staff and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices. Contribute to facility operations and participate in special projects or initiatives as needed. Required Skills Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills. Demonstrated clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities. Solid organizational skills with attention to documentation and compliance standards. Ability to lead and mentor support staff as needed. Qualifications Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program or international equivalent. Current and valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Arizona . Current CPR certification .
