Specialty Drug Advocate Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Tempe, AZ 85284 Shift: Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Work Setting: On?site Role Overview You will support members, providers, and pharmacies to secure funding for specialty medications, ensuring applications and approvals move quickly and accurately. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to members and providers to guide them through medication assistance programs. Submit and track MAP/PAP documentation; coordinate with PBMs and pharmacies for claim approval. Document all interactions thoroughly to keep cases moving efficiently. Qualifications Outbound call experience and strong customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math Ability to communicate clearly, follow processes, and work in a call?center environment prioritywest Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
