We are looking for a Dynamic Experienced Health Care Recruiter

Job Description:

?Interface with Health Care clients to identify needs, present programs and obtain job orders either through marketing calls, responses to requests or from referrals

?Interview Health Care applicants to obtain work history, education, licensures/certifications, training, job skills and salary requirements

?Service and maintain Health Care customer accounts; recruit, screen, evaluate and match qualified candidates to the clients? specific job order requirements to ensure client retention

?Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, including facilitation of the on-site interview for candidate; assistance with the offer and contract negotiations as needed

?Prepare, post and update open positions

?Utilize creative sourcing techniques that are specific and applicable to positions being recruited

?Screen and refer qualified applicants

?Negotiate compensation packages and interacting often with active candidates to keep them informed about the process

?Daily responsibilities consist of heavy phone work, email communications, use of Excel, Word, Outlook, proprietary database software and Internet research tools
