Job Description:
Amazon Web Services (AWS), a leader in cloud computing
solutions, is seeking an experienced ID Manager II for our DCC
Communities team to oversee the implementation and management of
identity solutions across our global infrastructure. This role
demands a strong skill set in identity and access management
technologies, a comprehensive understanding of cloud-based
solutions, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives within
the data management framework. The ideal candidate will effectively
collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure,
efficient, and scalable identity systems, enhancing the security
posture and operational efficiency of AWS cloud environments.
Design and implement comprehensive identity management strategies
across AWS platforms. Collaborate with IT security teams to
integrate identity governance and compliance requirements. Manage
the full lifecycle of identity and access control systems from
planning to deployment and maintenance. Provide leadership and
guidance to the identity management team, fostering a culture of
innovation. Analyze current identity management infrastructure and
propose enhancements to improve security and operational
efficiency. Ensure compliance with global security policies and
regulations related to identity management. Lead cross-functional
initiatives to enhance the interoperability of system and data
security across multiple AWS services. Proven expertise in Identity
and Access Management (IAM) solutions Strong knowledge of cloud
security frameworks and compliance standards Experience with AWS
Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and services Ability to
manage projects involving multiple stakeholders and technologies
Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written
